a. Expanded Blocking Scope

  • Blocking Scope is expanded from Character Blocking to Account Blocking.
    • Existing:
      • When a character is blocked, only the specific character is registered on the block list.
      • For example:
        • Account A blocks Account B.
        • Only the character that was blocked is registered.
        • Other characters belonging to Account B are not automatically blocked.
    • Change:
      • Blocking is now applied at the account level.
      • When a character is blocked, the corresponding account is registered on the block list.
      • Other characters belonging to the same account are automatically handled according to the account-level blocking rules.
      • Characters that have not yet been registered may be automatically registered when they are created or otherwise identified.
  • Shared Block List
    • The block list is shared across all characters on the account.
    • Blocking another account applies regardless of which character is currently logged in.
    • For example, if Account A blocks Account B, Account B's Characters 2, 3, 4, and 5 remain blocked even when Account A logs in using a different character.

b. Blocking Improvements

  • Chat Restrictions & Request Restrictions
    • The existing chat restriction is expanded.
    • Previously, the blocker could not see the blocked user's chat, but the blocked user could still see the blocker's chat.
    • With this change, neither the blocker nor the blocked user can see the other's chat messages.
    • While two users are blocked from each other, certain requests are blocked.

7. Identical Debuff Prevention

a. Overview

  • During PVP
    • From the moment your character is afflicted with a debuff effect, grants you immunity to the same debuff effect for the duration of the debuff effect + 2 seconds .
    • In this case, the duration refers to the actual time the debuff effect lasts.
      • For example:
        • In the case of stun, the original duration is 4s, but in PVP it is 2s.
        • Therefore, the duration of immunity granted by PVP stun is 4s (duration 2s + 2s).
    • When in an immune state, only the corresponding debuff effect is nullified, and other debuff effects are applied normally.
  • During PVE
    • Immunity to the same debuff applies only in PVP.
    • Your character is NOT immune to monster attacks with debuff effect.
